Frequently asked questions
What happens to photos that do not match the format?
By default a photo is shown whole on a blurred, darker copy of itself, the way vertical videos are made from landscape shots. You can also add bars in a colour of your choice or crop the photo to fill the frame.
What if the music is longer or shorter than the video?
Longer music is cut to the length of the video and fades out over the last seconds. Shorter music fades out at its own end, and the rest of the video is silent — to fit it exactly, cut the music with the “Trim audio/video” tool first.
Is it free?
Yes. All tools are free, with no sign-up and no watermarks.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Everything runs in your browser, so your files never leave your device.
