Frequently asked questions
The sound is only in one ear — how do I fix it?
Choose “Left channel only” or “Right channel only” — whichever has the sound. The result is mono and plays in both ears. If the channels are just unbalanced, “Stereo → mono” mixes them.
Will the video be re-encoded?
No. Only the sound track is processed; the picture is copied as is, so there is no quality loss and it is fast.
